FMC Routing.
Your Network. Your Rules.

Control how every call is handled — route via SIM, PBX, or both. Fully integrated with your telecom infrastructure.

What is FMC Routing?

FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) routing allows mobile calls to behave as part of your internal phone system.

Instead of mobile calls being handled only by the carrier network, calls can be routed through your own SBC or PBX — giving you full control over how they are processed. This enables mobile devices to operate as true extensions of your business telephony platform.

The Result: You decide what happens next. Mobile voice is no longer a silo — it's an integrated endpoint.

How Call Routing Works

All mobile calls can be directed based on your configuration at the network level.

Legacy Mode

1. SIM-Only Routing

Calls are delivered directly to the mobile device, bypassing internal systems.

Use Case

  • • Standard mobile users
  • • Field staff without PBX integration
Control Mode

2. PBX / SBC Routing

All calls are passed to your telephony platform via SIP for centralized processing.

Use Case

  • • Call centres & Queues
  • • Businesses centralising control
Hybrid Mode

3. SIM + PBX (Simul-ring)

Calls are delivered to both mobile and PBX at the same time for total availability.

Use Case

  • • Hybrid working environments
  • • Management & Sales teams
Unified Comms

Short Code & Extension Dialing

Mobile users can dial internal extensions (e.g. 1234), just like on a desk phone. Internal dial plans remain consistent across all devices.

  • PBX Routing: Calls are routed via your PBX first.
  • Translation: The PBX handles translation to full numbers.
  • Consistency: Zero learning curve for employees moving from desk to mobile.
