Services are provided on a business-to-business basis unless otherwise agreed.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting API credentials
• All activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Unlawful communications
• Spam or abusive messaging
• Network misuse or disruption

Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for outages caused by:

• Network providers
• Third-party infrastructure
• Force majeure events

Billing & Charges

• Charges are based on agreed commercial terms
• Usage-based billing applies where relevant
• You are responsible for all usage generated

Integration Responsibility

Where you integrate with our platform (e.g. APIs, PBX, SBC):

• You are responsible for correct configuration
• We are not liable for misconfiguration on your systems

Data & Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable telecom regulations
• Lawful use of customer data
• Proper handling of communications

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Liability is limited to fees paid for services

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are breached
• Payment is not made
• There is misuse of the platform

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
